NVIDIA / Ageia deal gets officially official

Well, it's fast - only nine days after the announcement of plans to acquire maker Ageia PhysX, NVIDIA said today that the trade. Still no word on when we might see the NVIDIA Ageia tech with them, but we are going to enjoy these two years, their first Valentine's Day as a happy couple merged entity before we ask the tough questions.
